SUZHOU ZHONGNAN CENTER

Suzhou has been synonymous with the most superior living environment since ancient times. Since ancient times, it has been said that "there is heaven above and Suzhou and Hangzhou below." The Suzhou Zhongnan Center project is a 499-meter super high-rise complex project that integrates Grade A offices, high-end apartments, seven-star hotels and various tourism businesses. It hopes to expand a new definition of ultimate quality life through design. Taking "vertical garden city" as the core design concept, the traditional ancient garden quality of life is vertically presented in the 499-meter super high-rise building. Design keywords: unique brand, high-quality luxury, diverse experience, modern lifestyle, 24-hour global relevance, health and ecology.

The implementation site of the Suzhou Center project is located in the core area of ​​Jinji Lake West CBD in Suzhou, Plot F. The northeast side of the base is Suzhou Center, and the east side is adjacent to the double-layer three-dimensional traffic of Xingzhou Street. It is adjacent to high-rise residential projects to the southeast, and to the southwest and west are urban roads Suhui Road and Xingyang Street. This area has the conditions for a mature business district and will have strong landmark status after completion. The northeast of the project has an unobstructed view of Jinji Lake and has obvious advantages in lake view resources. The surrounding main roads are closely connected to the South Ring, North Ring Elevated and Park Subway Stations, and the Light Rail Line 1 runs through the entire project area. The land is already a super-large urban complex integrating office, shopping, leisure, entertainment, tourism and residence. The Suzhou Central South Center project is planned in conjunction with the CBD area as a whole, with the CBD area's sub-axis as the main axis, setting the location of the towers, and providing the city coordinates of the CBD area's sub-axis. At the same time, based on the concept of Suzhou gardens, modern super high-rise buildings unique to Suzhou were developed. This project covers an area of ​​approximately 16,573 square meters. The total above-ground construction area is approximately 360,000 square meters, and the tower height is 499 meters. The project vision is to create a unique public space for the brand image, a place that can enhance the living experience. The scheme design highlights the need for blurring and linkage of regional office and commercial space interfaces.
