The total land area of ​​the project is 100008.78 square meters, and the prescribed construction area is 109549 square meters. It is composed of three plots: 10-02, 11-01, and 12-01. Plot 10-02 in this issue: industrial plot. It is the land for the first phase of construction, with a 60.3-meter (absolute height 78.1 meters) standard factory building, a 71.05-meter (absolute height 93.55 meters) industrial upper-floor factory building, and a 63-meter (absolute height 84.5 meters) R&D building on the ground. Office building; the underground floor of the standard factory building is a parking garage for large trucks; the height difference of the land is used to set up semi-basement supporting facilities and supporting machine rooms in the industrial upstairs and R&D office buildings, and the underground floor is a parking garage for motor vehicles.

Introducing the auspiciousness of Cangshan Mountain, connecting cities and hospitals, industrial collaborative innovation, and front-line R&D linkage: The overall design of the SF Smart Technology Ecological Headquarters Base takes full advantage of the natural ecological environment surrounding the base, with a reservoir to the south and a mountain park to the right. The design places three ecological courtyards with different functions and forms in the three plots, combines natural vegetation, and organically connects the three ecological courtyards with bridges that run through the three plots, making the entire SF Park organically embedded in the surrounding area. environment. Among them, three-dimensional courtyards with different themes, different heights, and different plots, combined with roof gardens and elevated green corridor spaces, are three-dimensionally connected in different dimensions, making the project form an organic whole and fully embodying the design idea inspired by nature. The creation of a highly intelligent and humanized park with 24/7 vitality: The design integrates the design techniques of global high-tech enterprise parks and reflects the demands of the new generation of employees for the integration of work and living places, communication and leisure spaces. Sports venues, commercial supporting spaces, three-dimensional courtyards and terraces, and social interaction spaces seamlessly weave the three plots together. Connecting bridges, stepped roof gardens, sunken squares, three-dimensional courtyards and platforms, and overhead communication spaces. The events and activities that occur in these places have become a unique 24-hour landscape of the city.
